The Peak Development Resources Competency Assessment Systems consist of a series of monthly newsletters and competency assessment tools written specifically to meet the education needs of staff working in hospital, long- term care, and home health settings.

Each month, your facility will receive the following materials:

• Peak Development Newsletter 
• Staff Development Resource with related learning objectives, suggested clinical activities and test answer key 
• Ten–question Competency Assessment Tool (Medication Administration includes a minimum of 2 drug calculation questions) 

Issues are sent electronically each month as pdf files. They are also available on our interactive website.

The cost of each subscription is $225 per year for each facility/site, for 12 monthly issues. This allows you to provide ongoing education for all targeted staff members in your facility for less than $19 per month!  Your subscription allows unlimited duplication of these materials for use in your single facility. Please inquire about subscriptions for multiple sites.

Peak Development Resources is an approved education provider of the Florida Board of Nursing. Contact hours are provided when monthly issues are completed on the Peak website, one contact hour per issue with grade of 70% or higher. Your facility my also award contact hours for these educational offerings as you normally would for other education you provide.

Our quality publications are developed by Master’s prepared nurse educators, using the most current nursing, medical and  healthcare literature available.
